We look forward to welcoming Special Olympics leaders from across Europe and Eurasia to Belgrade!

The participation fee covers:

  • Accommodation at Crowne Plaza Hotel (single or double room) from November 3rd to November 6th
  • Meals from lunch on November 3rd through breakfast on November 6th
  • Gala dinner
  • Meeting rooms, equipment, coffee breaks, and conference materials
  • Social activities
  • Shuttle transportation to and from Nikola Tesla Airport for groups of people arriving together
  • Shuttle transportation to and from Gala dinner for groups of people arriving together
  • Conference Fee:
    • 660 Euros for double room occupancy
    • 780 Euros for single room occupancy

    Payment is not required at the registration stage. 
  • Flights to Belgrade
  • Transportation between Belgrade Airport and the hotel if not using the group shuttle Transfers from/to Nikola Tesla Airport
  • Hotel room incidentals (e.g., phone, in-room movies, bar)
  • Any hotel/restaurant costs before dinner on November 3rd or after breakfast on November 6th
  • Costs for spouses and family members

Registration is required for all participants.

Early registration is recommended.

Citizens of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan are required to obtain a visa before traveling to Serbia.

Visa exemption applies to travelers who already hold a valid Schengen visa, or a valid visa issued by the United States or the United Kingdom.

Please note that the registration deadline is June 30, 2026.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.

Flight details are not required at this stage.

A separate Travel Information form will be made available on this website closer to the conference.

Registered participants will be notified by email when the form opens. 

  • Up to 60 days before the conference – 50% of the conference fee

  • Between 59 and 21 days before the conference – 80% of the conference fee

  • Between 20 days and the conference – 100% of the conference fee
